     Connect the Android smartphone to the PC using the USB cable that came with it.

     Press the menu button on the Android phone to display a slide-up menu of options.

     click on  the "Settings" option to open the Settings menu.

     Open the "Wireless & Networks" menu by tapping on that option.

     Tap on "Tethering & Portable Hotspot."

     Turn on USB tethering by tapping the check box next to the "USB tethering" option. The computer will now automatically configure itself to use the Android smartphone's Internet connection.
